I am a mama of 4 children and a lover of all things health, fitness and living with kindness. I had twin boys at the age of 25 and had diastasis recti at a separation of 4 finger-lengths postpartum. Six years later I had my third child and then two years after that the fourth. To repair my abdominal separation and pelvic floor damage I had to research and find daily exercises that would strengthen my transverse abdominal wall and pelvic floor. I own a CrossFit gym and wanted to create a program for postpartum women that would help them get to a place that they could not only workout again but get back to the intensity in training that they once had or to gain the confidence to do any physical activity they desire. As a result of this drive, CORE RESTORE was created.
